Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy (open to any changes)

We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience. In case a return is needed, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Return:

1. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
   
2. Only the full t-shirt kit (all 5 t-shirts) can be returned.
   
3. All t-shirts must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
   
4. The original kit packaging must be undamaged and included.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Any t-shirt is missing or mismatched.
• Tags are removed.
• Any t-shirt is worn, washed, or damaged.
  
• Kit packaging is torn or incomplete.

How to Initiate a Return:

1.  Go to the portal and fill out the Return Request Form.
2.  Mention the reason for return clearly.
3.  Requests will be verified in consultation with Capri Global.
   
4. Upon approval, we will arrange for a return pickup and send a replacement kit once the original kit is received back by us.
