Returns or exchanges will be considered only under the following circumstances:
A. Damaged product
B. Incorrect product delivered
C. Wrong size delivered (different from the size ordered)
D. Other – valid reason to be specified.
All return requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order, along with supporting photographs clearly highlighting the issue.
Returned garments must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The company reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any exchange or credit.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted for incorrect size selection if the garment delivered matches the size ordered.
